Natural Core Textiles is an agra tech manufacturer that owns and operates Intellectual Property and applies it to existing global textile manufacturing environments, such as the denim industry.

Garments made with natural core yarn may look like indigo denim, but the benefits are one of a kind: a more profitable customer balance sheet, a more sustainable and efficient manufacturing process driving a more diversified product line, and a way to quickly create the prized vintage denim look that holds up over time.

OUR IP

The First Garment-Dyed Ring Core Yarn: A Revolution in Sustainable Denim

Natural Core yarn is the textile industry’s only garment-dyed warp yarn with a ring dye core. The resulting marriage of these remarkable technologies conserves large amounts of water, completely eliminates toxic indigo dyes and chemicals, and can be produced in any PMS color.

This combination of industry-transforming assets enables 100% ZDHC- compliance and on-demand Domestic production of blue jeans and related denim casualwear for the first time in history.

Our Process

We’ve created the world’s first indigo-free process to manufacture denim at scale. As the first garment-dyed warp yarn with a ring-dye core, our invention replicates the look and feel of indigo denim without using indigo at all. This breakthrough eliminates toxic chemicals, removes dye bath residue, and reduces a traditional 3.5-hour process to just 20 minutes. This isn’t a refinement—it’s an entirely new way to produce denim.

What sets Natural Core apart isn’t just what it removes—it’s what it enables. While others make incremental improvements to outdated systems, we eliminate indigo entirely. Our clean chemistry requires no sodium hydrosulfite or heavy metals, leaves virtually no dye bath residue, and fully complies with the global ZDHC Roadmap to Zero. The process reduces: Water usage by up to 90% Energy consumption by up to 70% Chemical discharge by 100% All while delivering the premium look and feel consumers expect from high-quality denim.
